Excursions in Skiathos
A great opportunity to visit the two islands that together with Skiathos, compose the North Sporades complex – Skopelos and Alonissos – in one day, while enjoying the sea and the sun at the same time. The boat will depart from the port of Skiathos at approx. 09:15 in the morning, heading off in the direction of Skopelos. After 1,5 hours of sailing, we arrive in Skopelos. Guests will visit the main town of the island. Free time for a walk through the narrow picturesque streets and opportunity to buy souvenirs or visit one of the numerous churches of the island. Approx. 1 h and 30 mins will be spent there. Departing from Skopelos the boat will sail across to Alonissos and its port called Patitiri. During the approx. 1,5 hours stay in Alonissos there will be time to visit the old town of Alonissos, which sits on the top of the hill offering spectacular views over the Aegean. After a visit to the old town there will be enough time for lunch (no meals included in the price). During the sail to Alonissos, guests will be seeing part of the Marine Park, and they will have the chance to take photos of the Blue Caves. On our way back to Skiathos it’s time for swimming and relaxing. 3rd stop of the day at Kastani beach or Milia beach. The boat sails along the west coast of Skopelos, hopefully with dolphins for company!! There will be time for photos of Agios Ioannis, the chapel of Mamma Mia movie and Amarantos rocks, also part of the movie. Feel the hospitality of the crew, enjoy the entertainment, join the party on board, dance with us throughout the excursion and taste the brandy that is served on the house!! Arrival back in Skiathos at approx. 19:00. Snack-bar and toilets are available on board. A tour-leader will be escorting the excursion. Guiding in English.
